Privacy Policy
BestDayWorks is built around the idea that your information should be useful to your team, not a mystery. The same goes for how we handle the information you share with us. Below is what we collect, why, how we approach tracking, and how to ask questions or change your mind.
We avoid third-party advertising and analytics platforms that profile visitors across the web. We do not embed social-media widgets, and we do not run advertising on this site.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, work email, organization, phone number, and anything you write in a notes field — when you fill out a form on this site (Book a Demo, Contact Us).
We also receive a small amount of information automatically when you visit: your browser type, the page you came from, the page you visited, and a coarse approximation of your location based on your IP address.
Form submissions are used to follow up on your request and schedule the right kind of conversation.
Automatic information is used to keep the site running, protect our forms from automated spam, and understand which pages are useful so we can improve them over time.
Inside BestDayWorks, your information is seen by the people who would normally respond to your request — sales, customer success, or whichever team member fits the conversation.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We try to keep our vendor list short and name each one so you can see what we use and why. Some of these tools have data practices we are not entirely happy with — where that is true, we say so.
Microsoft Azure — hosts this website and processes form submissions in our Azure tenant. Data stays inside our subscription.
Content-delivery networks (CDNs) — used to serve static assets like videos and images quickly from edge locations close to you. CDNs see standard request metadata (IP address, browser, the file you requested) for the assets you load, but do not receive form contents or page content beyond the asset itself.
Cloudflare Turnstile — protects our request and contact forms from automated spam (described in our Cookies Policy).
Form submissions and related correspondence are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reach back out.
Server and security logs are kept for a short window — typically days or weeks — and then rotated out.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@bestdayworks.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
You can adjust which optional cookies load using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The current version is always posted here. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already shared, we will note it clearly.
Email info@bestdayworks.com. We are happy to walk through anything that is unclear.
